Operating Instructions
(I)Please read before operation
Friendly reminder: Please check for any damage to the appearance of the machine upon receipt.
- Please be sure to use a safe ground wire for operation and do not use an extension cord.
- Before use, please check if the voltage is normal, turn off the machine switch, and cut off the power.
- When the machine is heating up, do not touch the top heating plate to avoid burns.
- When the handle is pressed down and the pressure is too high, making it difficult for the machine to press down, please adjust the pressure manually.
- Keep children away from the machine. Do not leave the machine on and heating up without supervision.
(II) Machine Operation Procedure
- Lift the machine out of the box and place it on a stable table;
- Plug in the power cord, turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on. Grip the handle and lift it up; (the whole machine must be grounded);
- Adjust the machine to the appropriate pressure by rotating the pressure adjustment knob clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease.
- Adjust the machine temperature to the desired temperature (usually 120-220°C). Please refer to the above temperature control operation instructions for specific temperature adjustment methods. (Different heat transfer materials require different temperature and time settings, please test them yourself);
- Adjust the machine time to the desired time (usually around 5-30 seconds), the length of time depends on the different materials;
- When the temperature reaches the set temperature and remains stable, place the clothing flat on the lower heating plate, place the pattern to be printed (note the front and back of the transfer paper, and the engraving film needs to be mirrored), press down the handle, and the machine will start counting down automatically.
- When the machine finishes counting, it will sound a “beep” sound. Lift the handle up.
- Friendly reminder: When transferring a large quantity of products, please test a small sample first before mass production to avoid unnecessary losses.
